10 miles behind the Capitol 1:34.19  ave 9.32 ave  very hot, ran between 4 and 5:30 pm, same route as yesterday.  Very hard run to get through, was very tired from yardwork earilier in the day and the day before.  Rode 20 miles on my bike Thursday and another 20 on Friday.
