| | 9 miles on the track 1:14:72 8:14 ave ran a progression 8:32 1st 7:48 last. 80 miles this week and my body feels great. Chiropractic treatments and massage are making a huge impact on my body. I knew it would but I was never willing to spend the money to do it.

City Creek Cold Turkey Run (3.73 Miles) 00:25:23, Place overall: 26, Place in age division: 2 | | Improved my time in this race compared to the last two years, which was what I was after, this may have been my fastest ever. I felt very strong, my pre-Boston training is going well. Right where I want it, would like a little more miles under my belt but who wouldn't?
