Wrapped my lower leg much better today.  Compression sock, knee high, ankle wrap and ace bandage around my calf.  Huge improvement today.  I think I'll stay with this wrap job for a while.

10:07 pm miles B street route with 3 miles of 11th ave.  1:34:40  9:24  pretty darn sore, didn't feel as good as it did in the morning.

5.65 am miles.  Wrapped my lower leg and ankle tightly.  Quite a bit of pain.  After the the run I took some ibuprofen after the run and it cleared it right up.  Feels pretty good tonight, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
