4.65 miles 38:48  8:21 ave.  took three days off of running to try to put this cold behind me.    I feel a little better but still not there yet.  Racing on Thanksgiving, this could be interesting.

Perfect day for a race.  One of the very few times I've been able to wear shorts for this race.  Last year the temp was 0°, this year it was probably about 40°.

I was happy to pick up 3rd in my age group.  My running has been very spotty the last two months with life interfering with my routine and fighting a cold which I think is finally behind me.

Once again I was soundly beaten by another high school cross country coach, this time it was the one from Park City.  Why do all the cross country coaches in the area have to be 45-49?  You guys are making it very difficult for me!
