16 miles.  Started at the track for one mile, up Victory Road, behind the Capitol, over to Shriners and back.  Looped twice behind the Capitol.  Didn't look to do any speed, originally hoped to go 13, but it was such a wonderful late morning I stretched it a little longer.  What a great run!  2:21:47  8:52 ave

sounds like a great place to run up there good work hope things are going well managed to get the bike ride in today so you wont think i am such a slacker this time lol are you running next weekend ?? I am doing the sandy city 10 k on the 3rd what do you have next

I only managed 11 miles last week and Monday's run this week was a little painful. This is the same problem I had before Ogden. I went to a massage therapist so I could at least finish the race. It really helped. She did compressions and while painful at the time I felt great afterward. I've been trying to do my own compressions with a tennis ball and it's working a bit.

Once I heal up do you want some company on one of your runs up City Creek?
